WORKOUT AT HOME – 3 STEPS!
STEP 1 – BUY A COPY OF THE HARD BODY BOOK!
In this book you will find very simple instructions on how to carry out the workout plan.
In our workout book you will learn everything about our three most powerful trainers: body, kettlebell and suspension trainer. You will also learn everything about the newest scientific achievements of the functional workout and much more.
In the nutrition section of the Hard Body book you will learn how to simply make a healthy nutrition plan and you will get much more useful information and practical advice prepared by out top-nutritionist Branimir Dolibašić.
STEP 2 – HARD BODY TRAINERS
For doing the Hard body program, all you need is 2 sqm of space, 1 mat, 1-2 kettlebell(s) (in the HB book, in the part about kettlebells, you will find out what weight you need to start with), 1 suspension trainer (separate chapter in the book) and your own body.
HARD BODY TESTS, MEASUREMENTS AND PHOTOGRAPHING – at the beginning and end of the 12-week Hard body transformation, we strongly recommend that you do all of the following, since it will have a strong motivational effect on you, our Hard body Warriors (see chapter in the book – 5 Hard Body Commandments).
As an extra in the book, there is the HARD BODY TRAINING AND NUTRITION JOURNAL, which will be a very handy tool for recording your progress.
